Refund Policy

We at The Greek Bee understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our beekeeping-themed tours and experiences.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows on the day of the tour are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by The Greek Bee

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Minimum number of participants not met

  • Force majeure or unforeseen events

    If this occurs, you will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling to another available date

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Some services, such as private tours or custom experiences, may be subject to different terms. In such cases, the refund conditions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
